Who knows if it's good or not, but I'm downloading it...
To follow my fried pork, I sliced my remaining chops into strips and cooked them with onions and seasonings. Then I put them between two slices of bread, along with some cheese. Then I buttered the outside of the sandwich, and cooked it on both sides. Man... it was awesome.
The next night, I forgot to have something defrosted, so combined eggs and cheese and torn up bread and a can of diced tomatoes in a pan and just cooked it into a big lump. The diced tomatoes were a bad idea, but... I just wanted some color! The eggy-cheesy-bread worked well, though.
