I took my car into the dealer, since they said they had my spoiler, but after leaving it and getting a ride back to work, they called me and told me they didn't have an installation kit for it or whatever, so they had to order that and I'll have to go back and leave my car again next week. Dumbasses. Meanwhile, Scion is calling me to do a phone survey, but it's never at a good time, and they don't call back at the time I tell them to. Meh.

It's bad enough that it's going to be a full month into the fall semester before they actually reimburse me for my summer classes, but now these jerks have failed to include reimbursement for my books! I have no intention of eating $150 for poor quality books that I never even opened, so now I get to spend hours on the phone trying to get them to do the right thing. Awesome!
