I don't actually hate the control scheme that much. Fact is, I mostly got used to it after a couple of hours, and it only frustrates me occassionally now. But I needed something to write a comic about, and they did screw up by not emulating Halo's perfect control scheme, so there you are.

So you don't want to sell me Steel Battalion since I didn't pre-order. That seems kind of stupid to me -- I'd think you'd want to maximize sales by bringing in some copies for walk-ins -- but it's fine. But do you think maybe, just maybe, you could have told me over the damn phone that you weren't going to sell me a copy? Is that really so damn much to ask?
